Enroll a tester in a beta program

Enrolls a tester in a beta program using their email address. Provide email in a valid email format; the response indicates whether the tester already existed or was newly enrolled.

Error handling

A 401 is returned when authentication is missing or invalid. email is required and must use a valid email format. The programId path parameter must identify the beta program to enroll the tester in.
